Easy Connect disconnecting at random

It would disconnect itself once or twice a week. now it's doing it 10-15 times daily. It's gotten so bad I can't connect from my phone any more. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Easy Connect software. It didn't help.

I have the same problem. Easy Connect logs out of my Google account randomly and when the computer is running. Log out is random at every so many days or so many hours

I have the same problem....anybody know how to fix this?

I'm gonna throw in this as well. Totally random. Some times EasyConnect will last for a day or two, sometimes only a minute. I've had to go to splashtop because of the inconsistency.

Well, I'm giving up. Goodbye Easy Connect. Moving over to iTeleport for now. It's just too bad no sound. Splashtop works for video/sound but not great for control. Thought we had a solution here, but what's the use of a solution where the client keeps randomly disconnecting?

Antecea has just released a new version 2.0.1.4( beta ) of Easy Connect application for Windows computer. 

So please delete and uninstall completely the old version 1.0.16( beta ) of Easy Connect application from your Windows computer. 

Now download, install and run the latest available version 2.0.1.4( beta ) of Easy Connect application on your Windows computer from this link:  http://antecea.com/downloads/overview.html   

 

Please let us know whether you are encountering the same issue or not in the latest available version 2.0.1.4( beta ) version of Easy Connect application.

woh, answer a question takes you guys TEN mouth, I kinda started to think this problem may NEVER solved.

but still, I got a same problem, and I can't even reconnect, the only way is reinstall the whole software just for that 5 second connect. and then disconnect, Again.

is that float IP kinda problem?

Which google account do you have ? Gmail.com ? googlemail.com

Which Windows version you are running on your computer? 

To sign in : Enter the correct username and password of your google account into 2.0.1.4( beta ) version of Easy Connect application and then tap " Sign In " button -----> tap " Apply " button and then tap " Close " button.
