Hi,

1. Is your windows 7 computer and your iPad are available in the same shared ( local ) network?

2. Did you install and running an optional free application " Easy Connect " on your Windows 7 computer? To know more about Easy Connect refer this link: http://antecea.com/products/easy-connect.html
