Hi,
Like a lot of people, I have a computer that needs to be rebooted several times per week. In fact, in order to keep my system working smoothly, I run an automatic reboot each night whilst I am sleeping.
Unfortunately, unless EasyConnect has been manually shutdown before each reboot, it will not automatically login again. I think this might have something to do with the "Do you want us to send a log file?" dialog screen.
Regardless, if EasyConnect does not automatically login after a system crash/reboot, it makes it hard for me to connect when I am travelling. I know that there apparently is a way to connect without EasyConnect, but I am not tech-savvy and EasyConnect is my lifeline.
Would it be possible to have a setting where EasyConnect does an autologin regardless of how it was previously shutdown?
This would make my life as a travelling businessman much less stressful.
Thanks!

We're working on making Easy Connect more robust!
How much longer. I bought the product expecting it would just work but most of the time when I am away I find that I somehow got signed off and cannot access my PC using Desktop Connect. I hope that making Easy Connect more robust is a high priority.
Thanks - Joel
Too late.
I gave up and went with GoToMyPC - works like a charm.
It is unfortunate that this company does not reply to questions, their customer support and communications are almost non existant.
This could be a good product if it did not lockup all the time and prevent access.
Have you tried the new version (x2.x.x.x)?
Version 2 does come back up after a reboot.
i got the latest version and my easy connect cannot login :(
