After my EZDesktop app was recently upgraded, now it only shows a black screen. It does connect, and it actually controls the mouse on the host computer, but only blindly, as I cannot see the computer screen on the iPhone, I just see black.

To investigate on your problem we would like to ask you few questions:
1. Are you running RDP or VNC on your computer? Which operating system you are running on your computer?
If you have windows based operating system and running VNC then which VNC server you are running on your computer?
2. Did you made the " in app purchase " for either VNC or RDP in ezDesktop application?

I am having this trouble. As for the RDP or VNC, I'm not using either of those; rather, I'm logging in via my gmail account. As noted above, the mouse can be controlled and it is "connecting," but I am unable to see any visual of the actual desktop. I haven't changed any settings and the app worked just fine with all these same circumstances, equipment, etc. a week or so ago. Please help.
Anyone?
