switch between multiple monitors

Dear support team, 

I am using Desktop Connect to connect via iPad to Win 7 64 Home Premium. Unfortunately I got various problems (even after following the faq):

1. I am using 2 monitors. Switch between monitors does not seem to work (swipe with one finger right to left). 

2. Whilst connection works when I am on my home network, when attempting to access remotely using Easy Connect tells me that the computer is currently not available (easyconnect though is signed in. Also tried with firewall switched off. Same problem)

3. Even when on my home network, I cannot get sound transferred (which was the major reason of choosing this product over eg. logmein or teamviewer). According to what I read in the FAQ it should though work with Win 7 using Ultra VNC (quote from faq "they utilize VNC and only Windows 7 and Windows Vista will stream sound")

 

would highly appreciate your support.

I have the same problem, but I have windows xp at work 2 screens but I can only see the master screen

Same problem. Windows 7 64bit professional - two monitors. Only the first monitor is visible on my iPad.

Problem reported already 2 months ago - still no solution

Hi,

If you are not using Real VNC then please try the Real VNC free edition 4.1.3 instead of another VNC application on your computer.  You can downlad realvnc from this website:http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/index.html

Make sure that you get connected to your computer using RealVNC. So, please quit other VNC server if you are running on your computer. 

 if you need any setup information for REAL VNC on your windows 7 computer please see the attached screenshots

Hi,

For your second problem please make sure that your computer is not in sleep mode or in hibernate mode. When your computer is in sleep mode then you will get sign out from Easy Connect running on your computer.
