The fastest way to resolve your issue is to install and simply use Easy Connect on your computer (Windows or Mac) which can be found here under the DOWNLOAD tab:

If you choose NOT to install Easy Connect on your computer then read below on how you can configure your computer without installing new software: :   

If you have a Windows computer and do not wish to install EASY CONNECT then you must install either a VNC server or enable the RDP services installed on your computer by Microsoft.

To use VNC for windows you can install UltraVNC at www.uvnc.com for free.
