trying to Access iPad from win 7 pc

trying access iPad and iPhone from win 7 pc. but every time i click the smb share in network folder on pc the app on the device closes, doesn't matter if i try to access iPhone or iPad.

Currently this is an issue in 2. version of Files Connect application. Antecea development team has fixed this issue for the next upcoming version of Files Connect application.

Please upgrade to the latest available version 2.4 of Files Connect application on your iOS devices from App Store. This issue is fixed in the latest available version 2.4 of Files Connect application.
